  • Sample Orders: 3–5 business days.
  • Bulk Orders / Inquiries: 1–2 weeks, depending on order quantity and design complexity.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation once your order processing begins.
  1. Production Time

After design approval and payment verification, production typically takes:

  • Standard/Sample Orders: 5–7 business days (due to specialized leather craft).
  • Bulk or Highly Customized Orders: 2–4 weeks (depending on order volume and embroidery complexity).
  • Note: Production times are estimates and may vary based on current demand and seasonal factors.
  1. Shipping Methods and Charges
  • Customer Responsibility: All shipping charges are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Available Carriers: We ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Pakistan Post.
  • Logistics Options: Road transport, Sea freight, or Air freight (recommended for large bulk orders).
  • Self-Arranged Shipping: Customers may appoint their own freight forwarder.
    • Important: If you use your own forwarder, Powacore Lederhosen is not responsible for shipping delays, losses, or final delivery.
  • Company-Arranged Shipping: If we arrange the shipping, we take responsibility for timely delivery to the carrier.
  • Trade Terms: We operate on all international shipping terms, including DDP, EXW, and FOB.
