Return & Cancellation Policy – Powacore Lederhosen
At Powacore Lederhosen, we are committed to delivering premium, custom-made leather apparel crafted with precision and care. Each product is manufactured using advanced embroidery and traditional tanning techniques to ensure superior quality.
If you experience any issue with your order, please notify us within 15 days of delivery, and we will address it promptly.
- Accuracy Guarantee
- If your order is delivered with an incorrect product, leather grade, or embroidery that does not match your approved design, we will offer a replacement or a full/partial refund based on your preference.
- If a reproduction is not feasible due to material availability, a refund will be issued for the affected items.
- Order Cancellations
We understand that plans may change:
- Early Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not started. A full refund will be issued in this case.
- In-Production: Once leather cutting or embroidery has begun, cancellations may not be possible; however, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request depending on the stage of production.
- Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Refund processing is typically completed within 10 business days after formal confirmation.
- Inspection & Processing
- All returned items are carefully inspected at our Sialkot facility to verify the reported issue.
- Upon approval, the item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded accordingly.
- Exchanges for Defective Items
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to material availability. If the specific leather or thread is unavailable, an alternative replacement or a refund will be provided.
- Important Notes
- Time Limit: Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
- Independent Production: All Lederhosen are independently produced by Powacore Lederhosen and are not affiliated with any other specific brands unless explicitly contracted.
- Condition: Items that have been altered, worn, or prepared for resale by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
- Policy Updates: Powacore Lederhosen reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be published on our official platforms.
